* After 11mins = $12 late fee ( PLEASE be mindful of traffic) * After 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled and a $35 fee will be charged * No call no shows will be banned from booking and charged a flat rate of 45 * Last minute rescheduling/same day cancellation will be charged 35
